Welcome to brozap, an open marketplace connecting local shops, customers, and delivery partners in India. By using brozap.com or our apps, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

brozap is a platform that lets shops list products and customers order them for delivery or pickup by local delivery partners. Shops list for free and pay only a small commission when they make a sale; delivery charges go to delivery partners; and any fees are shown clearly. Pricing is always transparent, with no hidden charges.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in uses your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP).

3. Orders, pricing & payment

• Prices, delivery charges, and any service fee are shown transparently before you pay.
• Products are sold by independent shops, who are responsible for their listings and quality.
• Payments are handled by a third-party gateway; you agree to its terms when paying.

4. Rewards & offers

Referral rewards, points, cashback, and promotional offers are funded by participating shops and sponsors. They are subject to scheme-specific terms and may change or end at any time.

5. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds follow the policy shown at the time of your order and any applicable shop policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to defraud shops, customers, or partners, or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, brozap is not liable for the acts of independent shops or partners, or for indirect or incidental damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
